Chaniel Taveras of Pomona, New York, passed tragically away on May 26, 2025. He was 5 years of age. The viewing service will be on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 1 - 4 pm and 5 - 8:30 pm. The mass of Christian burial will be at St. Peter's and St. Mary's Church, on Friday, May 30, 2025, 9 am, followed by the committal service at Mt. Repose with a 10:30 am arrival. Family and friends are welcome to attend the service in support of the Taveras family.

Chaniel, an enthusiast of Bluey, the animated dog, and an admirer of anything green, may his angelic soul rest in peace.
