Emma Concepcion of Haverstraw, New York, passed away October 29, 2021. She was 78 years of age. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021, from 2-5 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at the Brick Church Cemetery in Spring Valley.
